(Upon submission of application form, applicants will be redirected to the PayPal website for the payment of the Deposit to complete the Registration for the Event. Successful applicants will receive an email from LHF regarding confirmation of his/her application for the Event. The Deposit shall be fully refundable where the applicant has attended 4 lessons or above in accordance with the terms of the Application T&Cs.)

• Interested parents please submit your online application from 9:00 p.m. on 16 December 2019 (Mon). The deadline for signing up is on 18 December 2019 (Wed) 11:59 p.m.
• Please submit only one (1) application per student.
• Places for the Event are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. LHF has the absolute and final discretion on such allocation matters.
• Only one (1) registered person per application will be allowed to participate in the Event. LHF has the absolute and final discretion to refuse entry and/or participation of the Event if otherwise.
