Staff development at LHK is more than training. It’s about equipping our team with knowledge, skills, and shared experiences. This year, over 280 staff came together for a dedicated development day featuring guest speakers on important topics, including the Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse Ordinance and the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance. After a buffet lunch, colleagues enjoyed engaging team‑building activities that strengthened collaboration and camaraderie.
