On 16 January 2024, we hosted the "Primary Schools Visiting Farming Habitat" event. We were honoured to invite Principals and teachers from 12 primary schools to visit Farming Habitat and share their ideas, experiences, and insights on nature education.

In early 2023, we incorporated "Nature Education" into our school curriculum, providing children with more opportunities to engage with the natural environment beyond the classroom. This visit and exchange event offered a valuable chance for us to exchange ideas on nature education with our primary school counterparts. During the event, the guests explored the environment and facilities of Farming Habitat and observed classes. They had the opportunity to witness K3 students participating in various nature-related activities such as "Farming Experience," "Animal Encounter," and "Water Challenge."

Following the visit and class observations, the guests took part in a simple tree-planting ceremony, symbolising our collective efforts to provide nourishment and care to students and foster the growth of the young trees. Additionally, the guests had the opportunity to taste tea and cherry tomatoes grown at Farming Habitat. They engaged in discussions and shared teaching experiences amidst the warm sunlight and lush natural surroundings. We gained invaluable inspiration and knowledge through this event, which will empower us to continuously improve our nature education program. This, in turn, will enable children to further explore, experience and appreciate the wonder of nature.
