Curriculum Development Team
Helping Every Child Thrive
Established in 2003, Learning Habitat Kindergarten's Curriculum Development Team (CDT) comprises experienced educators, designers, and editors dedicated to supporting the school’s philosophy of “Discover ‧ Learn ‧ Excel” By blending local and international early childhood education practices, the CDT crafts a school-based curriculum that meets students' developmental needs and fosters joyful, effective learning.
Thoughtfully Designed School-Based Learning Materials
To embody the educational philosophy of Learning Habitat, the Curriculum Development Team is dedicated to the in-house development of school-based teaching materials. From initial concept and content design to illustration and distribution across campuses, every stage is meticulously managed by the team to ensure alignment with our pedagogical goals and unique school identity.
The team continuously reviews and updates the materials to stay ahead of societal changes and students’ evolving learning needs. In addition to the regular school-based learning materials, the team also designs a wide range of parent-child learning kits covering language, mathematics, and STEAM elements. These learning kits extend learning beyond the classroom, fostering academic skills and strengthening family bonds.
Professional Excellence; Seamless Collaboration
The work of the CDT is closely integrated with the Principals and Teaching Team across all eight campuses. The CDT coordinates with teachers at all levels to collaboratively plan and implement the school-based curriculum, ensuring comprehensive support for teaching and learning. Additionally, the CDT regularly evaluates, reviews, and refreshes course content, providing our students with the most effective, relevant, and innovative curriculum.
Accompanying the Child through the Learning Journey
Since its establishment, the CDT has collaborated closely with parents to enhance students' language and social skills, as well as other competencies. This partnership fosters positive thinking and good character, helping children grow into upstanding and resilient young individuals prepared to embrace future challenges.
